Calle Jarnkrok and Mattias Ekholm scored in the third period for the Nashville Predators in a 4-2 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes last night. Preds goalie Juuse Saros allowed two goals on 10 shots in the first period before exiting with an undisclosed injury. Nashville drops to 10-12-and-0 and will remain home tomorrow to meet Florida.
