The Lexington Herald Leader reports University of Kentucky defensive back Jamari Brown has entered the NCAA transfer portal. Brown started three games in the 2019 season. When Brown transfers, the Florida native could have three years of eligibility left if proposed NCAA legislation that calls for all first-time transfers to have immediate eligibility passes as expected before the next school year begins.
