A traffic stop by the Christian County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday night led to the arrest of three people for methamphetamine trafficking.

Deputy Charles Fiscella and Sgt. Brandon Myers stopped a vehicle driven by 26-year old Travis Lee Camplin of St. Charles for going 73 mph in a 55 mph zone near Cerulean-Princeton Road and Princeton Road.

A news release says K9 “Hammer” alerted on the vehicle and a search allegedly revealed 43 grams of meth, digital scales and a 9 mm handgun.

Camplin and his passengers, 29-year old Tanna Dunlap of Madisonville and 22-year old Aaron Joe Sisk of Bowling Green, were all arrested for trafficking in meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Camplin was also charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
