Madisonville woman arrested for meth trafficking

A joint investigation by the Madisonville-Hopkins County Vice/Narcotics Unit, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police has led to the arrest of a woman on methamphetamine trafficking charges.

Police received information that 37-year old Jamie Oakley of Madisonville was trafficking large amounts of methamphetamine with other suspects in Western Kentucky and a search warrant was executed Monday at her home on Allison Avenue in Madisonville, according to a news release.

Police say they found over two grams of meth, cash and drug paraphernalia.

Oakley was arrested for trafficking in methamphetamine.
