Madisonville police are investigating the attempted theft of an ATM machine early Sunday morning.
Video surveillance showed a tan 2004 Ford F250 arrive at the Hancock Bank on South Main Street in Madisonville at about 3:40 a.m.
Two men are seen in the video tampering with the ATM and using the truck to attempt to steal the machine. Further investigation determined the truck had been reported stolen in Manitou late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.
