Chasity Patterson scored 21 points as 20th-ranked Kentucky topped 16th ranked Tennessee 71-56 at Rupp Arena. Kentucky improved to 14-5/7-4 in the SEC and play at Florida Monday night. Tennessee fell to 12-4/6-2 in the SEC and return to action Sunday at Texas A&M.
