Eric Foister has been named Assistant Superintendent for the Todd County School District.
According to a news release, he is currently serving as Principal of Todd County Horizons Academy and will continue to fill that role as he transitions to his new position. Foister will supervise and review the evaluation and performance of the district’s personnel department, ensuring that staff hired work to provide outstanding levels of services to schools. Foister will also administer the Board of Education’s Site-Based Decision-Making policies.
Foister has entered his 27th year in the education field and his played many roles not just in the Todd County, but in other districts.
Foister says, “I am grateful for this opportunity here at Todd County School District. In my two years working at TCSD, I have grown to love the students and staff of Todd County Schools. It truly is a special place. I am excited about working with the staff and supporting students as we continue to grow and provide the best education and opportunities for our students.”
Foister will replace current Assistant Superintendent Camille Dillingham, who is retiring from the position March 31.
