Sen. Rand Paul talks impeachment, COVID relief, vaccine

The Republican senator doesn’t believe Congress has the constitutional authority to impeach and convict a private citizen.

Paul says he did not agree with former President Trump’s attempt to overturn the election, but that’s not enough to make him support the impeachment effort.

Paul says pharmacies should be involved in vaccine distribution to get as many doses to the public as quickly as possible.
