Despite a double-double night of 23 points and 12 rebounds from Terry Taylor, Austin Peay fell to Belmont 81-76 last night at the Dunn Center. Taylor and three others scored in double figures. Austin Peay is now 8-6 overall while Belmont improved to 17-1. The Governors host Tennessee State Saturday afternoon at 4 pm.
The women’s game between Austin Peay and Belmont was postponed due to Covid protocol and will be played at a later date.
