The Pennyrile District Health Department says Trigg County gained 53 new coronavirus cases since Friday.
Seven of the patients are juveniles, including a one-month old, and the adults range in age from 24 to 90.
All of them are isolating at home and Trigg County is up to 857 total cases since the pandemic began.
