The man injured in an accident involving an ATV and an automobile January 4 on Highland Lick Road in Todd County has died from his injuries.
An obituary from Todd County Funeral Home says 69-year old Doug Heltsley of Claymour died Sunday at Skyline Medical Center.
As previously reported, Heltsley drove his ATV into the path of a westbound car on Highland Lick Road in Claymour and was ejected upon impact.
The driver of the car, 50-year old Robert Taylor of Muhlenberg County, was not injured.
The incident marks Todd County’s first traffic fatality of 2021.
