The Christian County Health Department is reporting 54 new COVID-19 cases from Tuesday to Wednesday.
That puts the overall total locally at 5,043—of that, 924 cases are considered active and 4,052 people have recovered from the virus. Christian County has had 67 COVID-19 related deaths.
To date, the health department has administered approximately 1,500 COVID-19 vaccinations in Christian County.
