Hopkinsville police arrested a Pembroke man Tuesday who was allegedly driving a dump truck that was reported stolen.
Officers were dispatched to Griffen Bell Drive and found 29-year old Kyle Gibbs of Pembroke walking away from the stolen dump truck.
An arrest citation says Gibbs admitted to taking the truck so he could go see his girlfriend and the owner of the vehicle said Gibbs did not have permission to take it.
Gibbs was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more.
