Kentucky State Police have made two arrests in connection with a missing Clarksville man who was last seen in Oak Grove and a third suspect is sought.

As previously reported, Justin Tyler Sawyer was last seen December 17 at the Shell Station on KY 115 in Oak Grove and Clarksville police said last month that foul play was suspected.

Investigation by KSP and CPD led to the arrest on January 5 of 20-year old Dawuan Davis of Clarksville for first-degree robbery, kidnapping and first-degree assault. He was located at an apartment on Mandarin Drive in Oak Grove and lodged in the Christian County Jail.

On Monday detectives went to the same apartment complex and arrested 36-year old Gene “Doug” Henry of Oak Grove for abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.

An arrest warrant has also been obtained against 22-year old Marquell Devont’e Sims of Oak Grove, who’s sought for complicity to first-degree robbery, complicity to kidnapping and complicity to first-degree assault.

Anyone knowing Sims’ whereabouts should call KSP at 270-676-3313.
