A head-on collision Monday afternoon on Brown Road in Madisonville sent one of the drivers to the hospital with injuries.
Madisonville police say 44-year old Jason McNary of Madisonville was northbound when for an unknown reason he crossed the center line and entered southbound traffic, colliding head-on with a Peterbuilt truck driven by 65-year old James Ashby of Madisonville.
McNary was taken by EMS to Baptist Health Hospital and Ashby did not require a trip to the hospital.
