Playing for the first time since December 20th, Vanderbilt opened Southeastern Conference play Sunday falling to Alabama 80-56. The Commodores (4-2, 0-1 SEC) are next scheduled to host South Carolina in Memorial Gym at 7 p.m. Thursday.
