About two-thirds of Todd County’s first responders have been vaccinated for COVID-19, but it will take an additional shipment of the shots to complete the job.
Todd County Emergency Management Director Daniel Smith told fiscal court Friday morning that about 40 of the 60 first responders who are on the list to be vaccinated have received their shot.
Judge-Executive Todd Mansfield says his initial apprehensions about taking the vaccine have been addressed after hearing from a doctor he trusted and he’ll get the shot when his time comes.
