Fire destroyed a mobile home Thursday morning on Butler Road in Christian County.
Highland and West Side volunteer firefighters were called to 2209 Butler a few minutes before 11 and found the mobile home fully involved. Highland Fire Chief Doug Chilton says no one was injured and the American Red Cross was called to assist, with three people displaced.
A cat was killed in the blaze and the cause of the fire remains unknown. The Christian County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene with traffic control.
