In a bleak report Tuesday, the Christian County Health Department reported three more COVID-19 related deaths and 106 new cases.
According to a news release, the three victims are an 86 year old Caucasian male and an 89 year old Caucasian male, both with underlying health conditions and no details are yet available on the third victim. They bring the death toll locally up to 63 since the pandemic began.
Officials also reported 106 new cases, putting the overall total at 4,600—of that, 607 are considered active and 3,930 people have recovered from the illness.
