The Knoxville News Sentinel reports Tennessee running back Ty Chandler announced today he has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal. Chandler became the 17th player in Volunteers history to rush for more than 2,000 career yards this past season. The Nashville senior made 26 starts in his Vols career, rushing for 2,046 yards and ranking fifth in UT history with 3,306 all-purpose yards.
