A Madisonville teen was injured in a two-vehicle accident Saturday morning.
It happened about 9 a.m., with a news release from Madisonville police saying 62-year old Charles Wallace of Madisonville was headed north on Island Park Drive and did not see a southbound automobile operated by 19-year old Zachary Pennington of Madisonville as he attempted to cross Island Ford Road.
Pennington’s passenger, 18-year old Amber Pennington of Madisonville, was taken by ambulance to Baptist Health Hospital for possible injuries.
Both drivers declined a trip to the hospital.
