ESPN reports the San Diego Padres are acquiring 2018 Cy Young Award winner Blake Snell from the Tampa Bay Rays. Snell has a career 3.24 ERA and helped lead the Rays to the World Series this past season. The left-handed pitcher was also an All-Star in 2018. In return, Tampa Bay is reportedly expected to receive four players, including Francisco Mejia.
