There were 39 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 Christmas Eve in Christian County.
It brings the overall total to 3,999, 528 cases are active, 3,415 have recovered and there have been 56 deaths.
Tennessee had 5,257 new cases Thursday and 51 more deaths.
The Volunteer State had a 17.2 percent positivity rate and 2,944 Tennesseans were in a hospital.
Kentucky did not issue a COVID update on Christmas Eve.
