There were a couple of bowl games on Wednesday with a couple of Conference USA teams losing. Georgia Southern routed Louisiana Tech 38-3 in the New Orleans Bowl and Memphis downed Florida Atlantic 25-10 in the Montgomery Bowl.
The New Mexico Bowl takes place this afternoon with Houston taking on Hawaii.
Western Kentucky is in bowl action Saturday against Georgia State in the Lending Tree Bowl in Mobile, AL, with pregame at 1:30 pm on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP.
