Kentucky’s unemployment rate dropped from October to November.
Kentucky’s seasonally adjusted November unemployment rate was 5.6 percent, according to the Kentucky Center for Statistics.
That was down 1.7 percentage points from October and up 1.3 percentage points from the 4.3 percent recorded for the state one year ago.
The U.S. seasonally adjusted jobless rate for November was 6.7 percent, down from 6.9 percent in October, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
