The NCAA Division One Women’s Basketball Committee announced today preliminary talks are beginning with the city of San Antonio to host the entire 2021 NCAA tournament. This measure is similar to one done by the NCAA Division One Men’s Basketball Committee to host its entire 2021 tournament in the Indianapolis area.
