The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating a stabbing incident from Wednesday night that sent a man to the hospital.
According to a news release, the incident occurred in the 100 block of McPherson Avenue around 8 p.m. when the male victim was stabbed by an unknown suspect. The injuries are described as minor and no other information was immediately available.
No suspects are listed on the report and it is being investigated as second-degree assault.
