Tennessee and Memphis were scheduled to complete a three year game contract this season. However, according to a news release from both schools, the game has been backed up to December 18, 2021. The change is due to the fact the schools would like to see the game played in a sold out arena, which the schools feel is not feasible this year. The game will be played at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena as scheduled this year.
