Hopkinsville police are investigating after a man was shot Sunday night in the area of Woodmill Road and Durrett Avenue.
Nineteen-year-old Detraveon Chamberlain of Hopkinsville went to Jennie Stuart Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the hip and a report does not list any suspects.
The shooting happened during an altercation outdoors between 6:30 and 7 p.m.
