Due to Christian County being a ‘red’ county on the COVID-19 incidence rate map, jury orientation that had be scheduled to start Monday at the Christian County Justice Center has been postponed.
That’s due to recommendations set down by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Minton in response to the continuing spread of COVID-19. Prospective jurors will be notified by text message about when to report or they can call Judge John Atkins’ office at 270-889-6537 for further instructions.
Jurors selected for the grand jury will be notified about when they must report.
