Todd County reports two new COVID cases, Trigg one

Todd County reported two new COVID-19 cases Tuesday and there was only one in Trigg County.

Both of Todd County’s new cases—a minor and an adult who are both otherwise healthy—are connected to prior known cases and they are isolating at home with no symptoms. The Todd County Health Department says all contacts have been notified to quarantine for 14 days.

At least 258 of Todd County’s 296 cases have recovered, 25 are healing at home, one is hospitalized and there have been 12 deaths.

The Pennyrile District Health Department says Trigg County’s new case is a 70-year old man who is isolating at home. Trigg County has had 250 total cases.
