One injured in Princeton shooting

The Princeton Police Department is investigating a shots fired incident Sunday that sent a man to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

According to a news release, officers responded to calls of shots fired in the 500 block of Depot Street and while investigating, a call was received that a male subject with a gunshot wound was at Dairy Queen.

Contact was made with 40-year old Micah Gray of Princeton, who had a gunshot wound to the leg.  He was transported to Lourdes Hospital, and later taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Investigating determined that the two calls were related, and the investigation continues.
