Secretary of State says report any fraud or intimidation efforts at polling places

Kentucky Secretary of State Michael Adams is urging Kentuckians to vote and to not let anyone intimidate or mislead them during the process.

He issued guidance Friday, recommending that voters have plan ahead to decide when and where to vote. There are multiple voting locations in each county for in-person voting on Election Day, but some counties will have fewer locations than normal. He urges anyone with questions about locations to visit govoteky.com to look over polling places and sample ballots.

Early voting is underway in all 120 Kentucky counties, including at the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, Christian County Senior Citizens Center and Todd County Clerk’s Office.

As always, no person may electioneer within one hundred feet of a polling place. That restriction does not apply to private property unless it is being used as a voting location.

Anyone who witnesses or experiences what they believe to be fraud or intimidation should call the Kentucky Election Law Violation Hotline at 1-800-328-VOTE.
