A single-vehicle rollover accident late Monday night on Lafayette Road injured the driver.
Hopkinsville police say 25-year old Sarah Trout of Hopkinsville had been northbound in the 4200 block of Lafayette about 11:20 p.m. when she lost control of her car on the wet pavement and went off the roadway.
Her car struck road signs, hit a culvert and then flipped, eventually coming to rest on its top in a ditch.
Trout was unresponsive when officers arrived, but was later able to speak to personnel on scene before being transported by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
