The Clarksville Police Department has released information about a fatal wreck that occurred Monday and have identified the victim.
According to a news release, the wreck occurred around 7:50 p.m. when a vehicle driven by 63-year old Cason Lee Walker reportedly failed to merge where the lanes became one lane on Trenton Road. The vehicle left the roadway and collided with a concrete culvert.
Walker died as a result of her injuries—three passengers in the vehicle were transported to area hospitals and their conditions are unknown.
