The Associated Press released its first weekly polls of the season on Monday.
Class 4A: Hopkinsville is sixth, Logan County is ninth and Johnson Central is first this week.
Class 5A: Bowling Green is second, South Warren third, Christian County received votes and Covington Catholic is number one.
Class 6A: McCracken County is eighth and Trinity is number one.
Class A: Crittenden County is 10th with Pikeville number one.
Class 2A: Caldwell County is sixth, Murray is 8th with Somerset first.
Class 3A: Glasgow is 10th with Belfry number one.
