Trigg County, Christian County and Hopkinsville had a boys match Thursday at Western Hills. The Wildcats had the low team score at 152, Hopkinsville was second at 153 and Christian County had 172. University Heights and Fort Campbell also had players, but not enough for team scores.
Individually, University Heights Jiles Wyatt was medalist with a fine 32, Hopkinsville’s James Folz was second with 33, Trigg County’s Hunter Reynolds was third with 34 and Christian County’s low score came from Houston George with 41 while Fort Campbell’s low man was Michael Petros with 44.
On the Girls side: Hopkinsville won the event with a 185 score as Christian County and University Heights did not have enough golfers for a team score. Cate Blane of Hopkinsville was medalist with 36. Rhegan Lindsey led UHA with 40 and Christian County was led by Riley Johnson with 49.
