A two-vehicle crash Saturday night in front of the West Seventh Street Dollar General injured one person.
Hopkinsville police investigated and determined 57-year old Thomas Ohara of Hopkinsville was attempting to make a left turn into the Dollar General parking lot and collided with a westbound vehicle driven by 41-year old Robert Hudson of Harvest, Alabama.
Ohara told police he didn’t see Hudson’s vehicle because his headlights weren’t on, while Hudson said he hadn’t yet turned them on because it was 7:30 p.m. and there was still some daylight.
Police say Ohara injured his leg and was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
