One person was killed and one was injured in an accident Wednesday morning in Calloway County.
Kentucky State Police say 82-year old Bobbie Bibb of Murray was southbound on KY 783 and failed to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic at KY 80.
Her car was struck in the side by a pickup driven by 49-year old Kenneth Charles of Puryear, Tennessee.
Bibb was taken by EMS to Murray-Calloway County Hospital, where she died from her injuries.
A passenger in the pickup, 45-year old Angela Charles, was treated for injuries and released from the hospital.
