Christian County Judge-Executive Steve Tribble will recommend keeping the property tax rate the same when fiscal court meets Tuesday morning.
Judge Tribble tells WHOP he didn’t want to recommend any increases during a time when many families are struggling and the county can meet its obligations with the current rates.
The tax rate on real property would remain 18.7 cents per $100 of assessed value, if magistrates approve during the regular meeting Tuesday morning at 8:30 at the Christian County Courthouse.
