A toddler was flown to a Nashville hospital after being kicked on the head by a mule Thursday afternoon in Todd County.
It happened just after 5 p.m. on the north side of Tress Shop Road and Todd County Emergency Management Director Daniel Smith says the three-year old boy was flown by Air Evac to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with severe injuries.
