A rear end collision Wednesday morning at North Drive and West Seventh Street injured the driver of the front vehicle.
It happened about 8:30 a.m. and the report from Hopkinsville police says 49-year old David Wilson of Nashville was northbound when he said his foot slipped off the brake and he rear-ended a stopped vehicle operated by 32-year old Kyle Austin of Hopkinsville.
The rear window of Austin’s vehicle shattered during the collision, according to the report, which says Austin was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for back pain.
Wilson was not injured and everyone involved was wearing a seat belt.
