The Kentucky Derby has reversed course and will not allow fans at Churchill Downs after previously announcing a plan for reduced attendance. The historic track was planning on allowing a maximum of 23,000 fans for the 146th Derby on September 5th, but a recent rise of COVID-19 cases in the Louisville area forced the change.
