KHSAA Board of Control to decide fate of fall sports today

Today is the day we learn whether fall high school sports will be played in Kentucky. The KHSAA Board of Control meets at 9:30 Central time this morning to discuss three different scenarios including what’s currently planned. Practices for football, cross country, boys and girls’ soccer and volleyball are set to begin next week, with first games to be played the week of September 7th. However, this could change following Governor Andy Beshear’s recent announcement of schools not opening until the end of September.
