Two Princeton teens injured after SEMI hits horse

Two Princeton teenagers were flown to an Evansville hospital after the horse they were riding was struck by a tractor-trailer Sunday night.

Princeton police say 52-year old Michael Stiles of Marion was northbound on Marion Road in a semi and came to the top of a hill and encountered 16-year old Trenton Ramey and 16-year old Stanley Vickery of Princeton on a horse in the roadway.

Stiles’ semi struck the horse, causing injuries to both teens, who were flown to Deaconess and St. Vincent hospitals in Evansville.
