Indictment handed down in Oak Grove Burger King robbery

A Christian County grand jury handed down an indictment Friday morning in connection with the June 14 armed robbery of the Burger King on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Oak Grove.

Charged with complicity to first-degree robbery and tampering with evidence is 35-year old Rebecca McCoy of Oak Grove. The indictment alleges that McCoy conspired with a male juvenile to rob Burger King and that she tampered with evidence that could be used in the prosecution of the case.

The juvenile’s name will not be formally released until he is arraigned in adult circuit court.

The initial report indicated three men armed with guns entered the store and demanded cash. They reportedly had their faces covered and no one was injured.

The grand jury indicted 21-year old Jacob Pruitt for two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and intimidating a participant in a legal process. Pruitt allegedly fired multiple shots into an occupied vehicle in a driveway on Linda Drive last month, with no one injured in the incident that was captured on video surveillance.

Eighteen-year old Dustyn Miltenberger was indicted for complicity to first-degree wanton endangerment for allegedly being Pruitt’s driver.

An indictment was returned against 55-year old Dennis Cline of Hopkinsville for promoting a sex performance by a minor under the age of 16, three counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor and three counts of distribution of a sex performance by a minor.

Kentucky State Police executed a search warrant at Cline’s home in June following an investigation by the Electronic Crimes Branch.
