A Murray Woman was injured and taken to a local hospital following a two-vehicle collision in Murray on Saturday.
According to a news release, officers with the Murray Police Department responded to the intersection of North 12th Street and Highway 121 for reports of a collision. Investigation determined that a vehicle operated by 63-year old Joe Thweatt of Almo was going through the intersection when a second automobile, driven by 57-year old Darlene Manning of Murray reportedly turned left into his path.
Manning was taken to the emergency room for treatment of possible injuries. Thweatt was not injured.
