Two arrested on multiple felony charges following investigation on Brown Street

An investigation Sunday night on Brown Street led to the arrest of two people on felony charges.

Hopkinsville police received a call that a man pointed a gun at an individual while attempting to sell marijuana at a home in the 500 block of Brown and an arrest citation says 21-year old Dylan Stewart of Hopkinsville came out of the residence holding a handgun when officers arrived.

Another individual at the home, 27-year old Jeanon Robinson of Hopkinsville, allegedly grabbed Stewart’s handgun and went back inside.

A search warrant was obtained for the home and police say they found several ounces of methamphetamine and marijuana.

Robinson and Stewart were both arrested for trafficking in meth and marijuana and tampering with evidence and Stewart was additionally charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.

An arrest citation for Robinson says she also allegedly struck a 52-year old woman with her fist while holding keys, causing the victim to bleed from her face and nose. Robinson was charged with second-degree assault.
