A home and vehicle were hit by gunfire Wednesday night on Hayes Street.
It happened just before 9 p.m. in the 700 block of Hayes, according to a report from Hopkinsville police, which says multiple bullets struck the home and a car was also damaged.
No one was injured and no suspects are named on the report. Fifteen shell casings of various sizes and an unspent .45 caliber round were recovered in the area.
