A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Monday night in the Martinrea parking lot.
Hopkinsville police investigated and determined 58-year old Ronald Moon of Crofton was exiting the dark parking lot toward Frank Yost Lane at about 10 p.m. and didn’t see 67-year old Edna Hooper of Hopkinsville walking toward the building in his path until it was too late to avoid striking her.
Hooper was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for shoulder and arm injuries.
